This page outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all services provided by SparkFuse Contractors. By booking our services, you agree to the policies stated below.
Cancellation Policy
- •Any cancellation made within 24 hours of payment will be considered.
- •Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
- •Cancellations made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Call-Out Charges
A £50 charge applies if:
- •The customer does not answer calls at the scheduled appointment time.
- •Access to the property is not provided (door not opened or entry refused).
- •The appointment is missed due to the customer’s unavailability.
- Call-out charges are non-refundable.
Payment Terms for Remedial Work
50% of the invoice amount should be paid right away, for all bookings.
If an invoice is not paid before the engineers arrive, the engineer will be unable to provide the customer with the services booked.
The business could not be held liable for the repercussions of failing to provide a certificate with an unpaid invoice.
Overdue Accounts:
If an invoice is unpaid for more than 30 days, there will be extra costs.
All Certificates and reports will only be released once full payment has been received.
Additional Charges
Parking charges, congestion charges, or any other access-related costs (if applicable) are not included in the initial quote. These costs will be added to the final invoice.
Identification
We will always provide our business details prior to attending site.
Clients are encouraged to confirm our identity before allowing work to begin.
Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing faults or hidden defects in the property.
We will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Materials & Equipment
We are not responsible for faults in materials supplied by the client.
Only approved and suitable materials will be used where provided by us.
General Disclaimer
Prices may vary if additional issues or required works are discovered during inspection or testing. SparkFuse Contractors reserves the right to halt work if safety concerns are identified.
All services are carried out in accordance with current UK regulations, safety standards, and codes of practice.
