TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

We provide electrical, gas safety, fire safety, EPC, inspection, testing, certification, and compliance services across London and surrounding areas.

All services are carried out by qualified engineers in accordance with current UK regulations and recognised industry standards.

Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking
  • For remedial or corrective works, a 50% upfront payment is required, with the remaining balance payable upon completion and before certificates are issued
  • Prices are subject to change unless confirmed in writing

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of payment to be eligible for a refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days
  • A £50 call-out fee will apply if:
    • The customer does not answer calls
    • Access to the property is not provided
    • The customer is unavailable or fails to answer the door

Additional Charges

  • Parking fees and congestion charges (where applicable) are not included in the quoted price
  • These will be added to the final invoice
  • Any additional work outside the original scope will be quoted and must be approved before proceeding

Access & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Safe and clear access to the property
  • Availability of necessary utilities (electricity, gas, water)
  • The absence of hazards or obstructions

Failure to meet these requirements may result in additional charges or cancellation of the appointment.

Certification

Certificates will only be issued once:

  • All work has been completed
  • Full payment has been received
  • Certificates reflect the condition of the installation at the time of inspection only

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for: Pre-existing faults or defects, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising after inspection due to alterations, misuse, or lack of maintenance
  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it is unlawful to do so.

All work is carried out in accordance with relevant UK legislation and standards, including but not limited to:

Where required, work may be reported to local authorities or regulatory bodies.
